The Department of Motor Vehicles:
Vehicle Instructors are a staple in our community and if any person wishes to drive a vehicle they must first be certified and licensed to do so. Vehicle instructors are licensed by the Host/Leader and must be licensed for the vehicle in which they are giving there classes. Instructor: Checks their in game phones or Xbox messages for scheduled or wanted appointments. The instructor will have the student take the test they want to see if they are worthy of driving the vehicle. Test costs $500.00 Each time, and $300.00 for your license. The Driving test requirements are below.
Automobile & Motorcycle Dealerships:
Vehicle dealerships are another Staple to our role play. Not everyone may own a vehicle, they are not a requirement but they are a pretty serious business. Players will come in, or call to set up an appointment (for expensive & DLC vehicles) and see the vehicle, test drive it then trade in or buy the vehicle. Detailing associate: You will wash the vehicles (character actions/act it out/pretend) Park vehicles as decided by the manager. Reports to Manager. ($1,000 Salary) (1 Day Salary) Salary May Be collected 10 times during an RP session lasting up to 2 IRL hours Sales Associate: You must learn from the manager which vehicles you have for sale, and their prices. You will make sure the office area, sales area is clean and tidy. You will sell vehicles to customers that come to see you at the dealership property. You may call customers 1 time (in game phone) and see if they are going to buy the car you showed them. You must make sure you sell 1 car per 2 Role Play sessions. Reports to Manager. ($3,500 Salary & 12% Commission per vehicle) Manager: You will make sure your employees are doing their jobs correctly and respectfully. You will answer your employees work related questions. You will make sure the front of the dealership has a couple vehicles to show, for your employees to clean and sell. You will report to the DMV anytime you sell a car. You must report the Customers name, vehicle make & model, and the license plate. ($5K Salary & 15% commission per vehicle) (1 Day Salary) Salary May Be collected 4 times during an RP session lasting up to 2 IRL hours Owner: As the owner, you must make sure your manager is following the laws, Your lot is clean and organized. Your inventory is changing consistently, it is all clean, and set for sales. You must make sure your mechanic is fixing vehicles properly. You must communicate with your manager through A SEPARATE hangout chat, so you can check your sales records, and report them to the bank so you can deposit your money. RECORD KEEPING IS IMPORTANT. ($10k Salary & 50% Commission per vehicle sold) (1 Day Salary) Salary May Be collected 4 times during an RP session lasting up to 2 IRL hours. Auto Repair Service:
Mechanic: You must repair any car the players may bring in, in which circumstance you would asses the damage of the car a player (non-npc) (use google sheets) and submit a transaction form.
Owner: As the owner you must make sure that your mechanic is fixing vehicles properly. Ask Customers how things are for feedback. Make sure your lot looks like a repair lot. ($5,500 Salary + 15% commission) (1 Day Salary) Salary May Be collected 5 times during an RP session lasting up to 2 IRL hours. Real Estate Agencies:
Real estate agencies play a large role in our community by showing our citizens the housing options available to them in the towns available. The agents make sure the customers find any property they desire and make every move a smooth transition. Agents: Agents are the backbone of the business and customers rely on you for the detailed information about every property they want to see. Agents have 3 levels for payment and commission. Level 1 is 16%, Level 2 is 28%, and level 3 is 42%. Promotions take a lot of time but are always worth the effort
Ammunation:
Sales Clerk: The sales clerk is the person that runs the business and keeps it in check.
Weapons Manager: The weapons manager oversees all the weapons information and checks up on the sales clerks.
Owner: The owner runs the business and make sure things are running smoothly. - Overviews the workers - Hires civilian and checks procedures (5k Salary) (1 Day Salary) Salary May Be collected 5 times during an RP session lasting up to 2 IRL hours. |
How to do your job: (Most Jobs)
There are many different things you may do for each and every job listed. Some of the jobs have descriptions BELOW and are very helpful. To start your job you must do the following:
Business & Company Owners:
Owning a business: Running a business is NOT for a minor role player and play a major role in our group. It is a very nice task to have if you're into managing and want a little more responsibility. TO be the Owner and be able to purchase the business you MUST know how and have done every role your business employs. Owning and running a business is a great way to stay busy on our server and has by far the most options of things to do during our sessions.

The law enforcement is the most important role when it comes to the role playing community. Every member of this organization must be the utmost honest and trustworthy player this community could ask for! Every officer is the epitome of honesty and will not have to be questioned. The department serves this role play community with the highest regard of respect towards other players. What do Full Time Officers Do? A full time Officer must do a multitude of things depending on his or her rank in the department. A Normal shift procedure goes like this:

Hospitals / Care Centres:
Medical centres are Crucial to our Community. After any accident, Ems service will pick up and deliver to the nearest medical centre. At any time if a person has been tasted they need to be treated A doctor will assess and treat the individual who may or may not need a prescription. Ambulance Driver Practitioner: You will take care of non life threatening injuries to patients brought in by police, or Ambulance.
While on call -($500 Per Patient & $250 per ambulance ride) Primary Care Doctor: Provides both the first contact for a person with an undiagnosed health concern as well as continuing care of varied medical conditions
Emergency Physician: focus on episodic care, acute intervention, stabilization, and discharge
